Access to outside with a upcharge location was great

Rooms were not super clean but not super dirty, carpet was also sticky

This was the worse experience I have had In my life.

I booked a room poolside, however there weren’t any more pool side rooms available. I arrived at 925pm and the pool was already closed even though it was suppose to close at 10pm. The front desk said it was because of construction. My tub was also damaged and I couldn’t use it because the entire floor bed was ripped apart. The front desk was very very rude about my concerns and did nothing to accommodate me.

elevator was broke and on 3rd floor. staff was rude charged me $50 for early check in and then negotiated $40 cash and he took it. Kind of suspicious. never had this happen before. stairwell smelled awful. back door wouldn’t work to let us in.

Not the best breakfast, more like something to eat until you leave. Very nice hotel for $79 a night. Not going get much better for the price.

The bed didn’t sleep well and the couch was worn but the room was clean.

The location is good

I stayed with my family 3 nights 4 days. In none of the days they cleaned the room or gave us clean towels so you talk to them and tell them they do not do the cleaning they do not care. They only tell you than they are going to do it next day

Nice room and very clean bed was comfortable

The breakfast wasn't too bad but like all hotel breakfasts these days, it was fairly basic. Good thing was they always had hard boiled eggs and a hot offering, sausages and sometimes scrambled eggs.

The thing that wasn't great was the struggle we had every time we tried to enter our room using the card that is supposed to give a green light. We had our cards programmed once, and the staff told us they are soon getting rid of the cards and will have a new system.
