The gentleman at the front counter was awesome. He changed one of our rooms from upstairs to downstairs because we had people that couldn't climb stairs. I really appreciate that.

The towels were DIRTY. The tubs were Dirty, we cleaned them..... They really need to invest in new towels or change the Detergent that they use. One towel had an old blood stain on it. We went and brought towels.

Nothing.

Everything was horrible. Non smoking room smelled of smoke, sheets had black hairs all over them, place was dirty, staff weren’t helpful or concerned about the condition of the room.

I appreciated that they accepted pets for a nominal price.

Their one ice maker was out of order and did not look 👀 k like it was ever going to be fixed. Further, the front desk only had one bag of ice and limited us on how much ice we could have. Additionally, we got no sleep at all. It was noisy all night with what sounded like a domestic, doors slamming all night, people running upstairs, and children crying at 4:30 in the morning. It was horrible! We will never stay at another Americas Best again. I should have just gone out and slept in my truck.

This was a good stay for the price. The room was small, similar to a dorm room but that doesn’t really matter. It was clean and smelled fine. You could tell they had recently updated a few things, like the flooring in the room was new for example.

Bring your own pillow from home, you will thank yourself later. The beds and pillows could be comfier but I still slept fine.
