it was filled with prostitution, drug dealing, dirty sheets, hair on the towels, a drug dealer came to the neighbors room to collect money, treating them if they don’t have his money. noise and walking and yelling all night , dogs all over that lives in the rooms with the tenants, the lights flickered all the time and came on when the switch was off. No microwave we had to go buy sheets pillow cases and towels but that’s what you get for 179.00 foot a whole weekend . I thought I was going to HOTEL ROSEDALE but ended up at ROSEDALE INN AKA BATES HOTEL it smelled like an ashtray the desk gave us air freshener we should have listen to him when he told us we should cancel it reservation! but there was no vacancies ANYWHERE!

Sheets white & stain free it was clean or seemed to be to the eye at least (walls an light switches where dirty) an for being a smoking room (which I didn't ask for I had my 4yr old with us but it didn't smell like one) But u get what you pay for an I've seen an experienced worse (we didn't walk out of this room where others we have).

Roach greeted us right as we entered room ran into a couple others threw our stay but at least we didn't experience any bed bugs 🙄 Felt like walls an fixtures, light switches could have been cleaned (sanitized more so with covid) they where Pretty dirty. Comforter had not one or two burn holes but to many to count. It stays pretty active threw out the night but if u mind urs an don't mind noise then ur ok

There was a very strong odor of dog urine in my room! It was extremely overwhelming and I had to air the room out and spray perfume just to be able to bear with it

Atleast they're pet friendly but now they want to charge 10 per pet extra

Nothing at all. Right after we checked in the police showed up banging on our door. When we opened they asked if we had seen anything. We told them we had no clue as to what they were talking about. As we turned off the lights to go to bed we could see the police car lights flashing through our window. Once I open the window they had the whole parking lot taped off with yellow crime tape and wouldn’t let us leave our room. Because it was in the middle of a crime seen. I tried to call the front desk to get my money back and leave this crack hotel but no one would answer the phone and our car was stuck in the crime seen. This went on all night. Finally after I fall asleep I wake up to a guy banging on the next door to our room screaming for his friend at the top of his lungs. The next thing I know an ambulance is rushed to the seen and the girl next door to us had OD’d from drugs and they were taking her away on a stretcher. Then to top it off the hotel over charged my card more than what my bookings rate was. I will never again stay at this place in my life. When I confronted the front desk about them over charging my card all they could say is that must be what booking.com charges for you to use their service. I have never had this problem with booking.com before. I am at a loss of words at what I experienced the night of April 18th 2021!!!!

There wasn’t anything to like about this place. Run as far away as you can from this hell hole!!!

I paid $66 for a room that had no TV holes in the wall bathroom door won't close and a door that wouldn't lock so no I'm not happy I spent my wallet money on a horrible stay and that's not the room that I had booked I got a Harbor Freight room because there's no TV but still pay the full price I want it fixed I'm not happy
