1) Ice machine was broken. I had to climb the stairs to 2nd floor. 2) Second floor reeked of pot 3) 4 towels, 2 had stains on them, which I found distasteful.

Did not participate in the free breakfast other than coffee. First day coffee was watery, 2nd day coffee was excellent. Its an older property, however the rooms are very spacious, separate seating area and very clean .Property situated between two very good restaurants , walking distance which made it very very convenient. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful

N/A There was a homeless man camped out by the side door by the pool area. There was a note saying that the door is kept locked at all time, but the door was not locked the entire weekend.

The floors in the room were filthy. I had to wash my feet before getting into bed. The TV did not work. I reported both issues to the girl at the front desk on Saturday morning who assured us the room would be cleaned. When we returned the room had not been touched. Do NOT waste your time or money on this place!

Not enough choices. The breakfast area is not private enough.

Our keys didn't work properly. The breakfast menu is very disappointing. More privacy needs to be added around the pool.

The continental breakfast was very poor, was expecting some sort of meat.

old property .staff hard to find ,super dirty rooms and super old furniture and damaged ,whole room smell like cigarettes ,it was cigaret burn marks all over sheets , desk and table was ripped , fridge had rust all over it ,,,,,,I can’t say enough how bad it was

I was initially placed in a room that stinks! I thought maybe the smell will go away. My daughter took a shower right away despite of the smell. So, I went to the lobby and told them that the room stinks and I need a new room. But when she asked me if we used the room already, I said yes then, she suddenly said that they are full. She just gave me a sprY bottle instead. Then when I tried to turn on the TV, it’s Kit working. So, this time I just called the front desk and informed her about it, and she stated she’s coming to check it. So, she came in and she’s unable to make it work. So, suddenly, we went to the lobby and she found another room next to the previous one.

They need to have better cleaning in the rooms, sticky floor, dead lizards in the room, dust on the edges of the beds and tables...

The hotel lights were flickering and the room the door would not close. Making it very inconvenient

The floor molding on the 2nd floor hallway was missing, the front office could use a facelift.

Bed was very hard. No facial tissue available (back order). Bath towels in poor condition. spent 178.00 a night. My wife and I end up with back aches the next morning. No hangers on the closet. Spent 1 night. Not good one.

The breakfast was ok.The staff were very good. They were overworked and tried to take care of ringing telephones and people signing in.

There was no microwave, no coffeemaker, I was told that because my room was on the main floor, I could go to the lobby and use their facilities. There was no telephone, no remote for the tv, I had to go and ask for one. All the exit doors were locked except the main door, sorry, but that is definitely a fire hazard. I’m surprised that they got away with that.

Our greater was very nice and friendly.

Everything the smelled was awful, and their breakfast was so bad even the waffles weren't even cooked. We didn't even felt safe. The outside doors weren't even locked they had toilet paper so they wouldn't lock . We won't stay there again
