Our room smelled musky and moldy

The property was very clean!

Person that checked me in told me the room was in the back. And we went to the back couldn't get in my husband had a procedure done and was still loopy and I asked for a ground floor when I called to reserve the room well it was on the second floor!!!! I would have been hurting if my husband had fell I wouldn't have been able to have picked him up. The people that take the reservations needs to make sure they make that clear what they ask for weither ground level or whatever...

Had to ring a bell for someone to come out and wait on you and they were not to customer friendly and the breakfast could have been better

It was good the room was clean the bed was comfortable
The staff he wasn't smiling or anything when I can in he looked mad and I could barely hear him and the next morning my 2 year old said hello to him and he just looked at him

The room had roaches. Woke up at 5:00am with a roach crawling up the wall

Room nice. Rather easy to get to.
Breakfast horrible, coffee empty and no one at desk to make more. One breakfast bar, red apples and orange juice was whole bar. Luckily wife and I were able to make coffee in room and half cup each.

There was dirty microwave, beds uncomfortable and there was some cockroaches.

The bed and pillows were great!! The location was good, close to restaurants. It did fit into our budget so we were pleased about that.
The breakfast consisted of granola bars and an apple, orange juice and coffee. Not much but nutritious. Could maybe add some muffins or donuts?

The location. We came for the Somernites cruise, so all we had to do was sit our chairs up right outside. It was the perfect place to watch the cars cruise. It was also conveniently located just a couple of minutes away from the car show.
The property was exceptionally clean.

I was okay banana’s and nature valley oats and honey granola bars and Orange juice
Could’ve had more stuff to pick from for breakfast like cereal milk

Perfect spot for the somernites cruise event. located at the turn around for the aftershow cruise. less than 10 minutes to the square for the show. excellent water pressure for showers.
small silverfish like bugs (qty 3) were found in the bathroom. chipped walls and paint. staff was not the most friendly, but did their job. hot water was only luke-warm.

The location if the hotel was very convenient of where we were visiting.
The room was very stuffy and smelled. The chair was very dirty, we used the blanket from the bed to cover it just to sit on it. The bed sheets had cigarette burns in a few spots. Even though the mini-fridge in the room was all the way up it didn't keep anything cold. We had to buy a cooler and ice.
