I didn't eat breakfast. And the room was clean and cool when we arrived, which was a plus for us.
The mini fridge was empty, but could of used some cool water in the fridge. But there was 2 bottles on the table for the coffee. But we did have our own cooler with cold water.

Everything was great! It was very quiet and relaxing during our 2 night stay during the week. The hotel pool was very clean and kept up. We all had a great time at the water park and lazy river. The shuttle service was very active with no big waiting time.

Nice for location and price. Stuff was very good and helpful. Front desk was very helpful and great.
Dream pool had too many people . Employees couldn't control the crowd . Kids jumping in and out of pool. Pool also closed early . It was one of the reasons we took the kids. Was a little disappointing but it was a holiday.

When I reserved our stay it was under a different name and we expected breakfast like it was advertised on the website. We did receive an email about the name change and different owners, but nothing in the email said anything about no more breakfast. Also No refrigerator or microwave.

Comfort and cleanliness
NO FRIDGE, NO MICROWAVE, NO BREAKFAST. DAMN WE COULDN'T EVEN POP A BAG OF POPCORN LATE AT NIGHT. I COULD SEE IT IF WE WERE RIGHT AT THE CASINO BUT WE WERE NOT... PAID 241 FOR A BED, SHOWER & TV ... NEVER EVER AGAIN..

everything had changed in I always drive three hours from home to stay but not friendly any more don’t clean rooms til (3) days don’t have extra blankets r nothn

Location off the highway
Distance to the casino was not too far.
The Inn was dirty and neglected. The basic duties like vacuuming, wiping down countertops and cleaning the toilet were not done. The bed was made but looked like people sat on the edges of it. Also the towels had stains on them. I was so disappointed.The mini refrigerator was gone and no breakfast or travel snacks provided.

Had to request housekeeping service and tiolet paper.
Was told no housekeeping two days in a row,
Had issues with the refrigerator, reported the issue to the front desk but nothing was done.
Took out my own trash. Had to get towels from the front desk.
Was told different things from the staff.
Property manager could of cared less. She did not get involved, sent the front desk staff to my room to handle my complaints.

There was no breakfast. We were told the casino had just purchased the inn. But compared to previous stays at the casino hotel it really sucked. Room no where as nice and staff at desk just shrugged shoulders when I asked for a handicapped room Maids were friendly. Front desk not do much.
