The bathroom was updated and clean. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Great location

The room smelled old and musty. It still had really old outdated wallpaper and really old stained carpet. The railing on the 2nd floor was rotted in some spots and looked a little unsafe. The place just needs some TLC and updating

Perhaps coffee and the lobby as per feedback by other guest. Pastries was fabulous.

Very nice large room. Beds were clean, fresh soft towels.

The room seemed to be outdated, needed to be updated, it needed maintenance.... Light fixture next to the beds were not working... and the carpet had lots of stains on it, it looked like it needed deep cleaning. We were not comfortable walking around the room barefooted.

I asked for downstairs they gave me a room on the third floor, it smelled like smoke, it looks dirty beds were just mattress on top of a wood base, curtains were dirty very disappointed, no customer service one of the housekeepers very nice lady, everyone else not nice at all.

The room was clean and had a fireplace. So cozy and there was a little dining area

It was raining and the roof outside our door was leaking... room was warm and dry but there was a water fall right outside the door.

I liked the large room with fireplace and two sinks.

It rained when we were there and there were lots of leaks in the outdoor halls and worn outdoor carpet. I didn’t like that there wasn’t an elevator to get upstairs. Breakfast was only danish and was offered to everyone. It did not come special with the room. There was a small coffee maker in the room but the creamers were old and expired. It was not a problem since a coffee house was next door with a very long line as like all the restaurants. We were walking distance to restaurants but an hour wait everywhere.

Spectacular suite. We found just 1 issue but management fixed it in a bit. Not smelly Clean bedsheets Full kitchen Walking closet and an extra room The TV was a pitty, the volume was poor and the channel list not up to date, remote control was bad Need to upgrade the locks to digital ones.

Toilet had a leak TV had a lousy speaker and was hard to hear TV remote lousy as well.

overall it was a great aesthetic

too old and wore out bed, very uncomfortable, this hotel should invest a little bit of their profits buying new beds.

Location was great not the center of town but right on edge so was walking to most everything, The room was VERY old, the drapes were ripped right down the middle on several of them, the eletrical plugs were very much old, everyone i tried to plug my charger into would not hold it in, had to lean a pillow up against it to hold it in. The door was a little whonky but it did seem to lock, it was the old kind with a key not the card reader typical of hotels now days. The pool was very clean and blue, theres a cool large area above the office to sit and look down the street and see the cool sites of Solvang. The room was amazing big, we had the one with a kitchen in it and it was very big, had a couch and 2 recliners and a big area then the bed, was a fireplace in it too but it did not work, little disappointing but not a huge deal didnt say anything to staff. Probably one of the biggest rooms ive ever had at a hotel. The place was clean tub/shower was fine, toilet was kinda close to the wall, there was 2 sinks 1 in the bathroom and one on outside, was very nice for wife and i getting ready for the day. ironing board and iron was in room as well as a hair dryer. Again was a older place that could use a updating, but room was gigantic and comfortable and clean so all was good. I had a good stay and was resonable.

Elavator was non functional. Needs a tune up, old rooms, updating would make a world of difference

The location. Staff actually gave me where I wanted to be on the property . Bed wasn't too soft to hurt your back, it was very comfortable. Room was spacious. The only thing I wished they'd have would be cable with more movies.

Hallway carpeting is outdated & worn out, needed an upgrade on carpet. Air-conditioning filter has not been changed.
