This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in... First they charged me the standard rate, they didn't give the price that was offered through Bookings. Then I asked for for a late checkout, yeah said sure, you have an extra hour. Come to get a call; it's time to checkout, at the earlier time, or pay an extra $20.00 for the extra hour.
