How clean the room was an upgraded it was

The bathroom was cramped. Door was very close to toilet.

Price was good and distance from event we attended was good. Bed was comfortable.
Big group of people partying right outside our room. Tv was on when we entered the room and (remote was no where to be found).. Had to call the front desk. Someone’s ice bucket was left in the fridge. Floor was sticky and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a burn in a side corner of the sheet on the bed. Sink would not drain. Other than that, it was great!

The vinyl floor had not been swept or mopped. Something sticky had spilled and was all over the floor. We had to put towels all over the floor just to be able to walk on it. Made the mistake of looking between the mattress and boxsprings. There was food and hair. We didn't arrive until midnight so we were unable to look for a different place to stay. I have never stayed in such a dirty room in my life.

I've stayed at Red Roof Inn's before and I generally have my expectations in check with budget hotels, but after a long day of driving this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room had an extremely strong cigarette smell despite it being a smoke-free room, the toilet didn't work and it didn't feel clean even though I know they cleaned it.

It was a clean room at the cheapest rate near Hollywood Casino.
Front attendant couldn’t pause her video on her phone that was loud and in appropriate language to check me in. She was also kind of rude. People were screaming and running on the balcony until 11pm.

I love the location for all I need, the price, and the staff. The hotel is decent, near the freeway, restaurants, and stores.

Friendly, helpful staff. Huge, comfy bed.
Room smelt damp. Coffee machine had mould in. Loud music playing from other guests throughout early hours woke me around 3am and continued till almost 6am.

It was as clean as it could be
The stench of cigarettes was unbearable. The people bext door had mini bbq's outside and the man on the otherside watched my every move from his opened door. I did not feel safe.

At the time of checking in, my reservation was not available and they offered me a totally different room than the one I booked and you could not stay there because of the smell of marijuana and cigarettes, it was impossible to spend the night in that room…

We sent a request to the hotel for early check-in, which was never returned. We attempted to check-in at 1:00 p.m. and were told they needed an hour to ready the room. We came back after 2 hours and were told the room was still not ready (by this time it was 3:00 and regular check-in time. We let them know we would be checking in very late as we were attending the OSU game. When we checked in at 11:00 p.m., we were given a two queen bed room instead of the king superior room we had reserved.

Check-in is at 3:00pm and I was there on time and had to wait an hour and a half to get my room that was reserved.

The ladies at the front desk were nice.
The lady coming around the rooms asking if we needed anything had hickey's all over her neck and was very unprofessional. The room was very dirty, my socks were black within minutes of taking my shoes off. The floor got wet from our clothes when we came in (it was raining) i used a white towel to wipe up the water and it turned black. The rooms smelled like they haven't been cleaned in months. I couldn't even let my kids play on the floor because it was so nasty. The smoke detector was taken off of the wall.
