Absolutely nothing was enjoyable at this location.

Did not like the fact that I was unable to contact booking.com regarding my reservation over the weekend. Did not like the "king suite" an oversized room with a sofa. The view of the backside of raw construction of an awning. The price was totally unacceptable of the room

Location and clean

The water was not hot, but warm

Breakfast was sufficient. Location was good. Modern decor, not out dated.

Surfaces of dressers/tables had an oily film on them. Hair was found in bathroom drawers. Food crumbs were on the bed frame…clearly visible. Sheets were clean, but stained in multiple places.

Location. That’s it.

I have no idea how this hotel has so many good ratings. That’s what I used to base my decision to stay here with my family, including my child. We were only staying one night, thank goodness. When we arrived, no one was around. Apparently the front desk guy was showing a room to a potential customer. I did not feel safe at this hotel. There were several sketchy people around the hotel when we arrived. Later after dinner, my husband had to go to the front desk for batteries for the TV remote and when he did, there was a verbal fight in the lobby and cops were involved. The shower was literally falling apart-the handle came off while I was changing temps, the shower door handle was not fully attached, and the basket to put toiletries in the shower was broke. The walls are also made of paper. We did not eat breakfast, so I can’t speak to that. Anyone with kids, beware: don’t do it! If I thought we could get a refund and go elsewhere, I would have, or if we were staying longer than a night, I would have gone somewhere else. I use reviews from this website to choose places to stay every time we go somewhere—not anymore!
