Las habitaciones muy limpias y el personal muy atento

Sinceramente el elevador no funcionaba los días que estuve y en el cuarto había muchas cucarachas y el desayuno solo daban huevo en agua ,no cambiaron en menú de desayuno ,como en otros hoteles

Me he quedado varias veces en este hotel. Lo que nunca había pasado, el cuarto esta con cucarachas pequeñas y medianas.

Clean and tidy. Staff was excellent. No arrangements made for plant based or vegan at breakfast time.

Twice the key card didn’t work, so had to go to reception to get a new card. No plant base or vegan supply for breakfast.

Cleanliness, breakfast, another guest given the same room as myself waking me up as if someone was trying to break in. Fire alarms going off at 6am. 2 days in a row.

Location and iguanas at the pool.

Everything old and with a lot of usage. Carpets with stains and dirty, completely unacceptable for sanitary reasons. Unkind workers missing clean attires, what could be desirable and expected. Instead of wearing them, were dressed as they used to do it for going to Wallmart or a bbq. Breakfast was pretty similar for this kind of hotels, until you noticed the tables were not even wiped between clients and 15 minutes before the breakfast time was over, what was first finished did not get refilled (and after asking about it received a rude response about not going to do so). The employee in charge of cleaning up the breakfast was rude and not professional at all, more interested in watching the tv program running in the dining room than doing his job properly. The pool could be fine when it was constructed and if it where maintained clean, but as for now I wasn’t able to go further than dipping my feet, as it was dirty and didn’t trust its maintenance given the rest of the hotel experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to film a B series movie or for those ones who would like to enjoy a “Tarantino movie” experience.

Everything, the rooms had a very strong dampness stench, had some paint falling from the ceiling due to the dampness they looked tatty and even the pool had green moss all around. Honestly it looked more like a low cost hostel than a hotel. So we arrived, checked in and 20 minutes later we were cancelling and leaving the place. Please I highly recommend that you do not offer this place to anyone on your site. We know it’s policy so we actually lost the payment for one night. 🤮🤮

I have been here many times. Place seems old and run down. Ac unit was weak and loud microwave was dirty toilet was moving when sat on. Bed was uncomfortable no tissues or extra toilet paper

The room was smelly, and the bathroom was nasty. The tub surround was dirty and the mattresses were uncomfortable!

Manager support when we decided to cancel the stay....she arranged to cancel the reservation. Good support.

Place is far outdated. Had a weird odor throughout the halls and room, very stale. Customer service representative was snappy and rude.

Nada, no lo recomiendo. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad del hotel. El precio no es acorde a la experiencia vivida.

Las instalaciones son muy viejas y descuidadas. El olor a humedad es terrible. Se supone que incluye el desayuno pero no hay opciones para comer, bajamos y solo había tostadas y jugo. Las camas tienen colchones que se hunden y por ende son muy incómodas. La limpieza no es una prioridad para el hotel.

Não foi feita limpeza do quarto! Cheiro horrível do tapete. Atendente grossa. Sujo. Elevador horrível. Ainda não fizeram o estorno no meu cartão do valor excedente.

Só gostei do banho e do café. O resto horrível.

The locating was good close to the places I wanted to frequent.

The host messed up my trip he charged my card twice for the stay, huge inconvenience I had limited funds as I was only there for two days. I spoke to the host on duty the next day and she tried to help but I still haven’t gotten my money back. I’m so disappointed because it was their fault for the error and the most they could offer was sorry. That doesn’t help, I didn’t have access to my monies because it was taken off the card. Over $200 and something dollars gone! I will never stay here again the customer service here sucks!

What wake me up in the morning was a slammed door then a girl housekeeper knocked the door, I catch her slipping away when she felt my door open she looked back and asked me if the checking out for me were today.
