The hotel is really old, the front is OK but the rooms exterior looks like very cheap Motel. Breakfast was really bad. Not hot, all Microwave stuff.

Convenient for where I had an event to attend.

It was not my first stay and will not be my last. Location is great, close to "the veranda" where kids can play, shop and have a nice wine. Staff as always - very friendly and helpful.

The only disaster (!) this time was my wifi. But it was only on our floor, it worked on all the other floors. However, I did not get access to the internet. It was not like this during the other stays.

Location is in the prefect spot in order to reach plazas, restaurants, touring spots between concord and Walnut Creek.

I didn’t like the breakfast, since it’s package breakfast items that you would get in elementary school.

This Concord/Martinez area Hotel/Motel was convenient, clean, and relatively safe.

This hotel is a combination hotel (interior access and hallways) and a motel (exterior access and hallways). I stayed in what is considered a motel but I paid a hotel price. Breakfast was acceptable but you are given a brown bag to hold a bagel (or microwave hot sandwich); small carton of orange juice; small granola bar; small muffin; and a cup of coffee. Basically you eat in the room or on the road. There is no separate room to eat breakfast and no provision for eggs, toast, bacon, yogurt, cereal, pancakes, fresh fruits. Essentially this is a nice, clean, motel with modest hotel prices.

The property was clean and comfortable. We felt safe and welcomed.

Breakfast was cook yourself packaged breakfast sandwich and muffin usually served from the front desk. With a tiny carton of juice. They seemed to be running a "door dash" based breakfast business out of the back door of the kitchen which you could order but it did not translate into an upgraded complementary breakfast

Well to start. While booking the room on booking.com this room description was supposed to hav a balcony and the hotel was to have a restaurant. I noted in notes to hotel that I booked a room w a balcony and would like to receive that room. When we arrived not 1 room had a balcony or anything of the sort. 180$ . Oh yeah and was not informed of a 200$ deposit for this dump . More than the room . There was a restaurant but for some reason it was closed on a Friday night so no we are scrambling around try to find a place to eat. There were fire alarms going off at night for 20 minutes. . People slaming doors all hrs of the night. Staff not very helpful. All they can say is 'I'm sorry I don't kno what to tell u.' Coffee maker had a cord that would not reach a outlet so I had to construct a stand to sit it on to make a cup of coffee.. I will not stay in this dump ever again
