Close to the airport

Long and difficult check in. Had reservation for 6 months. Couldn’t look up my reservation by my name or reservation number. Took 30 minutes. No soap. Didn’t feel safe.

Low price, comfy bed, near the airport.

Noisy, hot water faucet handle was broken off and was sharp metal causing injury.

The rooms were descent and fairly clean.

We were told breakfast ended at 930 and we went down at 915 and everything was gone and cleaned up. The lights were off and nothing was there. Also the cleaning crew were talking loudly in the hallways, vacuuming, and one guy screamed 2 or 3 times for some reason around 830-900am.

Very easy to book room, check in, check out. Staff was friendly. Room was excellent.

They are undergoing some renovations right now that weren't completed, so some amenities weren't open yet.

Everyone was very friendly from day 1 to check out. The Facility manager was extremely nice upon check out and was very concerned with our stay and for us to leave a review.. As I am in retail I know the value of a good review.

The roku tv

I couldnt connect back to the roku tv the2nd night. I got freaked out by a spider that got on me when I was around the coffee maker next to the big fridge. Also in that rug area I saw a dead bug or moth. I didnt like that when I called front desk before 9 in the morning and wasnt given a breakfast bag was not given when I checked in around 4pm the previous day. When I made it to the front desk I was chewed out those were only given before 9. By a man and he still have it to me.
