Hotel was filthy, smelled like urine. Shower was broken and leaked everywhere.

Location and price. The unit has vinyl floor which should be cleaner than old carpets. Love fridge and ice machine. Lots of outlets and usb
Too many rooms for the staff to manage. My room smelled of smoke and fabreeze the room was not clean. The floor was filthy. Bedding was clean but the bed spreads and towels had stains on them. Sink and toilet needed a good snaking. Breakfast was a pass. When I stay at a La Quinta I usually, grab some bacon, an apple or banana and some yogurt. Juice machine was broken, no bacon, no yogurt and no fruit. They did have coffee and real milk.

La habitación es muy cómoda, es amplia, puntos extras porque no entra luz, además porque incluyen el frigobar y microondas, son buenas instalaciones, el desayuno a comparación de otra sucursal del mismo hotel en la misma ciudad esta menos surtido
La limpieza es mala, en la regadera había cabellos, el piso del baño estaba sucio, las Paredes del baño igual, las cobijas y toallas con manchas, lo más conveniente es que las tiren si ya no se limpian

Right next to the highway; easy access to other locations
The room was fairly barren. Everyday both the tv login and the keycard locked us out and we had to reset it daily.

Breakfast ended too early, at 9 am? I couldn't enjoy it during my stay.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel la primera vez me gustó mucho porque me pusieron en la parte de atrás del hotel y no había ruido pero está vez me pusieron enfrente del hotel es mucho ruido de freway y no pude descansar bien dormí como tres horas ni el desayuno me intereso gracias.

Everything room was beyond dirty hairs on the towels in the bathroom dirty sheets pillows floors door walls everything was so dirty on the bed there was a toenail food it was so disgusting the room had a foul smell.. they still took my money I haven’t been able to get a hold of them

Door lock was not functioning so we waited until they got it working and made me late to a morning breakfast meeting everytime we wentboitside it smelled like marihuana ,no phone in the room to call front office made hard to comunicate with staff so had to drive tobthe front

Llegue a recepción y me comentaron que Booking había sobrevendido habitaciones por lo cual no me harían el cobro ya que no había habitaciones disponibles y si me lo hicieron, no me pude hospedar y hasta el momento no puedo recuperar mi dinero

The staff was exceptional!
TV didn’t work, desk attendant came in and was able to get into work but the cable to the wall was loose so we had to be careful when walking by the chair holding it securely.

Breakfast was fair given white bread/bagel and no brown bread. The scrambled eggs were good.
Room was not as deluxe or updated as the photos led you to believe. Peeling paint in the bath and questionable bath spout were bad but the air conditioner unit was so loud it drowned out almost all noise except for the air gun use at 7:30 am.
