Quite clean, not terribly over priced, easy to book.

Tv remote barely worked, side door entrance card reader didn’t work, okay staff, bathroom door placement cause me to hit my head twice on the towel rack. Sheets had holes, desk chair was flaking, sitting chair was filthy.

Still haven’t got my refund didn’t stay the whole stay

The first room we were given didn't have sheets on one bed. The sink was stopped up in the 2nd room. We asked for it to be taken care of, to no avail. We had to plunge it ourselves!! We stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping . My reservation was for 4. We only received towels for 2. No fresh towels or bed make up for 2nd day. If you are not going to service room, there should be a sign stating that! When you've travelled 12 hours, these inconveniences can be annoying.

Room 219 big water puddle in front of toilet (bottom seal leaking} Changed room to 103 carpet dirty, Pop or soda stains on closet door ,Empty bottle caps on floor by bed apparently floor not vacuumed .

My bathroom had mold I had a computer chair in room that was literally ducked taped together

The bed was too high to the point where it was almost dangerous for me to try to get into it. I had trouble getting into it when I first went to bed if I had to get up in the middle of the night I couldn’t get back into it my husband had to assist me. I felt like it was an accident about to happen the beds are too high not everyone is 6 foot tall

Location was good and staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not real appealing. Eggs were cold, sausage was too greasy. Utensils, cereal bowls, napkins were not out. Front desk clerk was doing double duty in breakfast bar. When we arrived and checked in there were no towels in the room.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Good location from the highway.

Bath towels could have been a little softer/larger.
