The view from the rooms. The location for day trips to several area attractions, is ideal. The suite we had was spacious.

The pool was absolutely disgusting. It's questionable if they are actually using chlorine. Water was cloudy and you couldn't see the bottom of the pool!!! The rooms were not very clean--- I found hair in the bathroom and soap scum on the tub/shower but linens did seem clean. My friend's room was clearly not cleaned and unacceptable. Overall, the cleaning and pool maintainence should be addressed immediately and otherwise the entire hotel (room furniture) needs updated.

The hotel interiors looked old and outdated . The carpets looked old, color scheme was outdated, wifi didn’t work well - kept going on and off, elevator didn’t work, - the property is nice, but looked shabby- we stayed the first time 1 year ago, but since then, bad condition .

Our toilet didn't work for an entire day...we were told at the front desk that someone would be up to fix it and no one came...finally after complaining several times they gave us new room and refunded our first night thanks to a very nice girl at the front desk named Elaine...the first girl was incompetent.

The coffee at breakfast is really bad. There is no excuse for such low quality coffee - on par with a budget airline :( Definitely time for an upgrade. We literally through the coffee into the river.

Very convenient location easy access to main roads into the city. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The smell of Marijuana outside the entrance on Saturday night. Same night, appeared to be a couple people hanging out in the seating area where the food was served that weren't guests

The room was nice and cleanly with a super comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety of foods. Nice central location to plenty of activities and restaurants within walking distance.

We had trouble getting our door to open with the key card, it took a few tries every time. Kids were stampeding down the hall shaking the floor and screaming loud late at night, but that’s not the hotels fault (just hitting the min sentence requirement).

The staff lied about the pool being closed due to maintenance. It was obviously running and in crystal clean appearance. The pool was closed because of the abundance of kids staying for the hockey tournament. I would have stayed elsewhere had I been notified that they were going to close the pool. I don't like being lied to. It's not very professional.
