Great location and service Our place to stay when we are in Ft. Smith.
Our shower head leaked and got water on the floor. We informed the front desk

I really wish they had real eggs but it's good for most folks . Turkey or chicken sausage would be great too.

I bring my own gluten free bread to make toast and turkey sausage. I can heat it up in my microwave

The bed was by far the best part of the stay. It was also relatively close to all of the places that I needed to go.
The parking layout was less than ideal. Then after checking in I was able to ride the most nerve racking elevator I’ve ever ridden, each time I prayed that it would make it without killing me. The floor I was on seemed to be in the midst of active renovation as all of the carpet and trim along the baseboards was gone and there was just a taped walkway down the hallway. The room smelled freshly painted but after a while it had hints of a more malodorous nature. The bathroom was clean but incredibly dim. None of these were an issue to make me complain or gripe to management, just minor things that I didn’t enjoy. There was also a group of what I thought were feral children running up and down the hall after 11:00 pm, but when I looked through the peephole there was an adult with them so they were just being a little loud a little late. There was also one elevator ride in which I think my fellow rider had just finished burning a large scale pot plantation.

The kids enjoyed the pool. Even though it was off the main busy road, it is far enough back that we didn't hear the noise from the busy street. Convenient to shopping and food. Food within walking distance.

The location is amazing for shopping and dinning. And it's only a short drive to downtown for night life. Staff was amazing, hotel was clean and great neighborhood.

it was ok but lighting was bad in the bathroom and no mirrors in the room.
I was charges 3 times and two of the other girls were charged twice. The GM did not return our calls and after a week, charges have not been corrected!

Consistently A Great a place to Stay!
Each morning there was a well stocked Breakfast with: hot eggs, sausage, biscuit n gravy, and instant oatmeal pks. They also had cold cereal, milk, bananas, apples, toast,muffins,and bagels . The coffee is always good! Break area is very clean and comfortable. There are two tvs with morning news.
Beds are very comfortable. Room is clean!
They are dog friendly! And family friendly.
Excellent staff, always clean, always comfortable.

Our stay was cancelled. Due to broken pipes flooding the hotel. Staff call me early enough to reschedule my stay somewhere else. I thank you for that. I give 5 stars to the staff.

Breakfast had the waffle maker that baked 4 mini waffles which made it easy to get just the amount you wanted. Scrambled eggs and biscuits with gravy were good.

the bathroom ceiling had a big patch. The alarm went off at 11 pm. 3 am 4 am 5 am 6 am 6 15 6 30 so nobody was able to sleep I wish I can get my money back or a free room credit for a later date most of the time I have no problem I Hope some ONE CARES
