location was awesome! Brad at check in was very helpful and sweet.

bathroom had hair in shower, blue towel left from previous guest, not enough toiletries/towels for two people. if you needed something it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. there was a large party on our floor that had their doors open the whole time and were loud - no one to help us deal with that. bed was very uncomfortable. our wall unit didn’t work and there was a space heater that made the room way too hot so we didn’t use heat when we slept.

Great location, in the middle of the village. Good amount of space in room.

King bed in room. Better and taller chairs on balcony. Was unable to see anything over balcony rail while sitting in chairs provided. Screen door was difficult to open and close. There was nothing opened that served breakfast.

Location and food choices were good. No zip lining but the ski lift and pool were nice.

Our 2 sons had to sleep on the floor since the pull out bed was broke.The property said they would give a discount but never did. Also had to go outside on 2 of the 3 days for false fire alarms.

I loved the village and how close the lifts were to the village

Location

The room was filthy. I paid almost $400 for two nights, and there was trash everywhere, dirt in the carpet, bed linens were dirty and stained, and muddy hand prints on the bathroom wall and ceiling.

The size of the room was very small. I was expecting a stove. We had a microwave and a toaster oven. No place to put toaster or oven if setting at the table. Pictures of the room would be helpful for planning.
