Customer service, price and the cleanliness of the room. Customer service was horrible rude and not even the least bit of common courtesy. Was way over priced for the over all stay. For what I paid i feel I should atleast have gotten a clean room

The floor in our room was dirty and sticky. I had socks that turned black on the bottom from the dirt.

constant thrumming of mechanical equipment all night long. paint peeling off of bathroom walls. no slip resistance in bathtub and this was super to be an ADA compliant room. Won’t be back.

The only complaint that have is the size of the beds. They are very small and me and my husband barely fit on them but they were comfortable so we didn’t complain. Just a tight fit

The breakfast- we didn’t even bother. eggs, gravy,cereal, apples, bread, waffles. That’s it. coffee was decent. Mold in shower, most electrical outlets did not work, rollaway bed was so bad my daughter had to lay on pillows and it was an extra $10 charge.

Clean room. Bed was comfortable but seemed very small for two people. My husband is 6ft 300lbs. I guess they don't make queen size beds like they used to? Dominic was very professional at check in. He helped us with room key not working. Breakfast was not very inviting, but it gets points for the items that were supposed to be hot, were actually hot.

We were right next to vending or ice machine and it made a loud humming sound and it vibrated the wall up against the headboard the whole night. Dominic offered to move us IF the noise became a nuisance but after 6 hours of driving we were too tired to move. Needless to say we didn't sleep very well. Don't sleep in 204 is my advice to other travelers or hotel needs to fix that issue. We probably shouldn't have been given that room to begin with.

The staff was very pleasant and my room was clean. I also had a nice view of outside and my fur baby liked it as well because she loves looking out of the window.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was also that way when we stayed there some years ago but we thought they would have upgraded by now. The 1st floor smell was very unpleasant. I have a pet but she is trained and it smelled of dog urine throughout the entire floor. I suggest they remove the carpet in the hallway. The fridge also froze all my drinks in a matter of hours and it was in the bottom of the fridge.
