Reserved a room and couldn't even check in had to wait 8 days for a refund . Very rude and stuck up

I would not stay in this location again. It was close to the Beltonian theatre is the reason we picked this hotel.

It had a very good breakfast. One of the best continental I’ve had!

My hubby was soaking in tub and a water roach crawled out behind the faucet. It was crawling around on the wall, GROASE!!!! The pillows in our room was very uncomfortable. I couldn’t even sleep on one of mine. It had small lumps throughout pillow. The other pillows were so flat we woke up with a crick in our necks!!

Enjoyable and uneventful stay (in a good way)

I liked the hot-tub, and it was actually hot. Everything else was nice.

The pool was extremely cold. I think you should invest in a pool heater.

Breakfast was delightful; suite was comfy and clean. Our lovely housekeeping lady was sweet and accommodating to our needs. I tipped her extra for her service and making sure she was able to spend time with her family at Christmas.

The weather in Belton at that time. LOL!
