Needs updating, but it was clean and comfortable with a great staff, especially front desk staff

Very clean, nice breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful.
AC was out in hallways I think. There was a loud fan blowing 24/7 in hallways. Cleaning Staff very loud in the hallways early in the morning. Talking loud etc.

the pillows are not comfortable wish you had firm pillows

Everyone was good
The only issue was tub was clog up with hair, so we had to clean it out. That should always be checked before next renter. also the sink was clogged up, and could never get it cleaned.

It was in an okay location
The room wasn't very clean it had dog hair around the edges of the bed. It also wasn't dark enough

The last night I had bug bites on my leg while sleeping and I found a bed bug in my bed I put it in a zip lock bag abs gave it to the staff when I checked out

Quiet and dark shades to block the morning sun
The pool was green so we couldn’t swim with my child. After unloading and going about our day we came back ready to go to bed especially with a toddler sleep is important and there was dog poop under the side night stand. Dog food in the floor and the back of the bathroom door has dog pee on it. Luckily i was keeping my boy right with me not to touch anything just to be safe with this virus anyways but imagine if he would have got to any of that nastiness first. So here at 11pm we are trying to see if theres other rooms. Luckily again there was a room and close to our room so we dont have to lug stuff to far but still was an inconvenience in the first place. Sad part was there wasn’t even any compensation for this offered it was like it was normal to move people from room to room

I didn’t my debit card got charged before check out. plus an extra $641. 46 and $116.86 for one night stay. even though I paid cash at final check out!
