I’m not a food critique so don’t mind me the waffle mix was just banana flavored instead of regular and I am allergic so I was super bummed that I didn’t get to eat hotel waffles before leaving, all is well though it happens

Our rooms were not the cleanest, and things were missing from our set up, we noticed one room had shampoo conditioner and lotion while the other one only had lotion and shampoo, the floor was not swept or vacuumed and our pillow cases had stains but we weren’t too bothered we just moved the pillows to the side that we didn’t wanna use and we wore slippers so nothing would stick to our feet!

I needed lotion and none was in bathroom.

The location was perfect for our family. A lot of nice restaurants and stores nearby. Not to mention the casino across the street.

Wanted smoking room

The indoor pool heater was broke as well as the hot tub. That was the only reason we booked this hotel was for indoor pool and hot tub for our daughter. We did not get to use either

The room was warm and cozy. The bed was supremely comfortable.

There was a "floater" in the toilet of unknown origin. I considered this a turn off.

The hotel was very clean. The staff that I encountered were very helpful. Our stay was relaxing.

Our room was really warm at times, but tolerable. Breakfast is supposed to last until 9am, however both mornings we were there at 8:45am and there was hardly anything left to choose from.

The staff was friendly, and the price wasn't extravagant. The breakfast was hot, and it was a pretty clean room!

The A/C in the room blew hot air for about 40 minutes after I turned it to cool. The toilet would barely flush and actually started leaking in the morning.

Bar was not open employees did nothing about the noise from other rooms it was a very bad experience

The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and it was a great price! We did take advantage of the free breakfast and it was excellent. There was a waffle machine but no batter, so that was a bummer but there were lots of other options so it was great. Our bed was super comfy! Parking on-site was easy and checking was super quick and easy. The staff was very welcoming.

Great, modern construction, comfortable hotel. Free breakfast was good. Loved the access to the free Tesla destination charger.
