There weren't enough blankets and it was winter. Also this was the second time there wasn't a hair dryer in room. I did get one when I asked.

The location was perfect. Nothing else was good about the hotel.

It was dirty, people hanging out in halls. Sitting on the floor. No toilet seat cover, no tub stopper. No shower curtain. Toilet paper roll holder broke. Sheets had holes in them. Microwave so dirty. Hair all over. Furniture all banged up. Gross.

The staff is always friendly and courteous.

I have nothing to not like.

room smell like ash tray, carpet need to be cleaned, there no hair dryer, sheets got cigarettes burn.

The location was perfect for our destination and easy to get here. The bathroom was clean which is my number one priority. (Way to go, housekeeping!) Shower was the perfect temperature immediately. Plenty of hangers in the closet. Looks like they've done some updating to the rooms. Nice to have the refrigerator and microwave, and couldn't hear street noise at night...a plus.

The air conditioner had a musty smell so the whole room had that odor. A cleaning of the filters would most likely help or at least a spray bottle with a quick spritz while housekeeping. Sheets were very clean but had one cigarette burn hole.

it’s really old and unkept. The room was gross and was styled exactly the same as it was when I stayed there 25 years ago . The toilet hardly worked and gurgled when I took a shower. Waited 1/2 hour for staff to bring me a hair dryer as there are none in the rooms. My friend finally walked down to front desk and the 1 guy working said he forgot (strange since I swear that we were the only guests.

Location is convenient to where I needed to go

The furniture and tables were dirty and was not wiped down. The elevator smell of weed from the guests.
