Blue knights law enforcement motorcycle club conference and everything went very well. Hotel staff was exceptional.

The smell that was in the general area apparently it was Red Tide which I am unfamiliar with. Not the fault of the property just a general nasty smell.

I was charge 193?I thought room rate was 127 plus tax,I need a refund please .other guests stayed outside their rooms and we could hear them from the inside

room was dirty even the lamp shades were stained the fencing was still laying on the ground in pieces and the storm was back in late October.my wife and I stayed there many times because we really liked it there.we will never consider this hotel again it’s just run down and dirty.

The location was convenient. There was lots of parking. The staff were very pleasant and, for the most part, responsive.

There was confusion over room services. Our room was not made up every day as a result. System in use needs to be clearly explained.

air conditioning sounded like a plane taking off. no hangers in the closet.

We have stayed a few times. Love the happy hour and the restaurant is very good. Pool is very nice as well.

Unfortunately, this time(and I paid over $800 for 2 nights), we had a room that was adjoining. I couldn't believe how well you could hear the family in the room next door.I don't think they were being overly loud but it felt like they were literally in the same room as us. I couldn't believe it. It was horrible.

They allow locals to use all facilities that we had to pay for. Difficult to get supplies for room. Lack of housekeeping. Billing issue at end of stay, despite talking with Angie at check in. Manager, Jeannie, never seen and doesn’t care about guests. she called us 24 hours after check out and increased the expected charges. Said we were confused. Never again!

the pool was ok

the property didint have open windows, you can hear the noises of other guests. There were no glasses at the kitchen and the knives didnt cut. The matress of the sofa bed had a cover with holes and it didnt have any aditional sheet on the bedroom. There were no place for littering. Pet friendly but some guest didnt clean their dogs popo.

Staff was helpful. Hotel has onsite bar and restaurant. Room was large and comfortable.
