I thought some of the breakfast might have been leftovers from a previous day reheated. Not all but some. Location is okay.
The rooms could use updating. My room had a big crack on the sealing and was sagging a bit. Bathrooms need updating. Pillows were just flat. It really needs updating. Not the kind of Country Inn Hotels I’m used to staying in. The fitness center is dirty, equipment broken and floors and windows dirty. Could use a cleaning station as well for when people are done working out. There’s a room in the pool area that I was guessing was the Sauna but not 💯 on that. Anyways it was paddy locked shut.

It was very dirty. Hard to tell when the last time the room was vacuumed. The bed mattress was very old, uncomfortable, and it had an odor.

The toilet was somewhat plugged up when we arrived. Went to the desk and got a plunger. After a bit of work got it to flush normal.

The blankets were very thin. The room could have been cleaner.

property was centrally located so there were plenty of restaurants and things to do close by
room was filthy, beds were not made properly, dirty used soap was left in the shower, trash in one of the trash bins in the room, crumbs on the floor, breakfast was not good at all. opened a cream cheese and it was bad. staff was unprofessional and mostly hung out outside smoking and talking things that were inappropriate for work. horrible experience all around to say the least.

Staff and hotel were great.
Upon arrival i was informed booking.com had canceled both rooms instead of just the 1 i asked to be canceled. I did get a room seperate from my booking.com reservation and still waiting to see if i end up paying for both or not.

Nice spacious room. Loved the waterside and hot tub.
No glass plate in the microwave. The staff didn't have any extra ones to replace it with.

i enjoyed in pool area ,it was a good experience in this hotel.

The pool was terrible. There was so much chlorine it burned our skin and eyes. Water was so cloudy you could see the bottom of the pool.
