I was on the 3rd floor every step I took I could hear numerous of dogs barking. I feel as if being in an overnight stay if there’s pets there should be a floor for individuals without pets. Secondly Our key was assigned to the wrong room after it was fixed we continued to have trouble getting into the room with the key. The bed had dips in it literally all over it was so worn down felt like a mat.Toilet kept stopping up, Hot water didn’t work along with the shower pressure was super low. Trash can was disgusting underneath the bag. I wouldn’t recommend

The people at the front desk were wonderful and the cleaning staff is excellent and friendly. Everyone made me feel comfortable most comfortable place I have stayed at being disabled I did not feel judged I did not feel ridiculed and I thought I got all the help I deserved.

Breakfast bar was a farce. 7:10 AM no coffee both mornings. Might better remove and not advertise it was so disappointing.

The continental breakfast was okay.

There is no security on site. That needs to be address because someone tried getting into my room at minutes to 6 in the morning. I called front desk for security to check out who was on the outside and the receptionist mentioned there is no security. That's a major ussue when you have females staying alone in the hotel. Also, I inquired if the camera can show who was trying to get into my room, and the receptionist said the cameras dont show the hallways. I didn't like the fact that no stove was in the room, just a hot plate. The channels were also limited and no offer of Netflix or Hulu. There weren't any conditioner for hair only the shampoo and no lotion for the body.

i got no sleep. roosters on the property were cock-a-doodle-doodaling all night long and it was right outside my window. absolutely horrible night.
