Beds were comfortable. Partial view was nice.
It needs to have a huge haul makeover. Paint chipping, duck tape on the carpet to the bathroom flooring, ceiling tiles falling, and the tub took forever to drain.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this little gem of a hotel!!! They have little kitchenette and what you need to go with it.

Pool/hot tub, and outdoor area were nice, however there was scum all along the pool tiles above the water level. People had written their name in it 😕.
The older woman with the blonde ponytail (appeared to be management) needs a refresher in hospitality/the acceptable way to speak to people. We spent thousands of dollars to stay at this smelly, dingy property, yet I personally was spoken to like dirt by this woman while I waited for the rest of my family in the lobby. The disdain in her voice and aggressive questioning was absolutely unbelievable; based on my experience it is clear that she lacks the skills required to work in the hospitality industry.
The building desperately needs an update; it is in horrible condition. The rooms are dingy, musty/smelly, peeling paint, stained walls, stained/rusty tub, dirty floors in the bathroom, the elevator was unreliable and sometimes didn't work at all, one ice machine, vending machines out of order. Our patio had ashes on it as though someone had been smoking and it had not been cleaned.
Would recommend booking elsewhere!!

Location was the best. The pool & whirlpool were great.
The room had 2 Queen beds with the air conditioner blowing directly bed level on one of the beds. We had to make a pillow barricade to stop the air blowing directly on where the head lies. There is a better space where the air conditioner could have been located.The beach could use some beach chairs, and a couple of more umbrellas by the pool. Our room was lacking a table on the balcony to place our coffee cups.

Very well located, the pool area is great, the little beach in front of the hotel is cuuute! the kitchen space in the room was ok too and the staff is super friendly. The view from our room was nice too!!!
The room had a very strong smell, like old or that the carpet and curtains had never been washed before… our towels had hair on it, but we did not report it to the front desk and slept with the windows opened and used our own stuff.

The location was nice and the semi-private beach was great
The free WiFi was both free and nonexistent. Everyone was complaining about the lack of internet. The air conditioner was very noisy and the room smelled damp.

The location and view on Sheppards side was gorgeous. Room was nice. Hallways are a little old but didnt bother us. If u are on a budget but still want to be on the beach, this is it!. If you are bougie, you might want to keep looking. We came back last night but already planning our next trip.

The service from Valentina at the front desk was top notch she was friendly and very helpful. the location was great and we enjoyed the hot tub and the location of our room.
I would have to say the internet is not very good. I had to use my hot spot in order to use my ipad and other devices. that was a disappointment.

place needs to be remodeled & clean. Had a strong smell , dirty carpet, dirty floors. Price not worth it. pool was dirty!

The beds where very comfortable. They are done up with very comfortable pillows and you sink into the bed when you lay down. The bathroom was very clean as well, with a nice spacious shower. We found the room to be over all welcoming and clean.
I was not impressed by the beach access. Unfortunately it is the size of a postage stamp with no access to the larger clearwater beach down the road. The room seemed very overpriced once we discovered that there was no access to the beach. The front desk attendant seemed very unprofessional with her general demeanor and the fact that she had what appeared to be her boyfriend hanging out with her while she worked. I expected more for the price and will look else where next time I am in the area.
