The rooms were clean and roomy.
We were not satisfied that we were not told ahead of time the pool was not open.

The room was bigger than expected. The bed and the sofa were all in good condition. I liked that there was a ceiling fan in the room so did not have to rely on the AC, sometimes I get colds from having the AC on too much. The outside areas and trails were awesome, allowed me to relax outside of the room and take in the spectacular views.
I think what could have been improved were the hours on the pool. It closed at 9pm so did not have a chance to enjoy it, I got back late from my seminar. I would have loved to sit in the hot tub but maybe next time.

The entire family was able to stay in one suite - 2 bedrooms and it slept 6
Only 1 bathroom. Front area was big enough to possibly accommodate a shower and toilet. Or have the sink outside of the bathroom and have 2 separate showers/toilets.

Our stay was very nice, rooms were clean and had everything you needed in it. Will stay again. 🙂

The room size and layout was great. The rooms were quiet which was a big plus. The beds were on the hard side making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast had a variety of choices and was tasteful. If the beds were a little more comfortable, I would say that the everything was great.
Our only complaint was the comfort of the beds. They were hard making it difficult to sleep. Adding a little mattress topper would make them much better.

the location is great.
The manager was yelling and talking ugly to customers in front of us. The hotel called a few hours before check in to tell us the pool, hot tube and gym would be closed. They asked if we wanted to keep the reservation knowing everything was booked due to the holiday. Upon arrival all those areas were being overhauled so they knew this for a while. This was a shady way to do business. The restroom had a spider. Nobody ever cleaned the room or got trash for 3 days. Apparently they don’t go get trash, provide new towels or do beds like other hotels.

Coffee was not fresh. Biscuit was not fresh.

The room was exceptionally nice, and the location and price were great.
Check in was horrible. Waited in an empty lobby for 20 minutes, kept ringing the bell and tried calling the front desk from my phone multiple times, to no avail. Finally a maintenance guy wandered by and asked if I needed something. Not a good way to run a hotel in such a prestige tourist area. Morning staff were much more pleasant.

The bed was a little too hard but the second night I got a really good night's sleep
