i was uncomfortable to leave the key in the room and room unlocked because no one was in the office when we left. Since the guest is responsible for any damage or stuff inside, they should have a box in the office area to be able to drop the keys inside and make sure no one will be getting in the room before the cleaning crew.

Cute and quaint cabin, the views were nice and the fireplace was cool. Kitchen was acceptable and the decor was cozy and the bed was comfy.

Well, for starters the heater unit didn’t function properly. We set it at 70 and it ran and ran and felt like it was close to 80 in the room before it shut off. So we turned it down to 67 and then it got much colder than 67 in the room and the heat wouldn’t kick back in until we turned it up to 75 The bathroom was cute but where the heat lamp should’ve been there was a low wattage light instead and cold air was pouring out of the opening. So the bathroom was always freezing no matter what. The hairdryer cord wasn’t long enough to reach the outlet so it was unusable. The gutter outside the door above the steps was falling down and leaking everywhere, so overnight it would freeze to ice on the steps and became extremely dangerous to walk on. Also the parking area was iced over and made walking on it dangerous as well.

we live this place! have stayed her often! they done some really amazing upgrades to the place! fire tables outside the bar area is wonderful!

Loved the location and the cleanliness of the facilities.You can sit out by the fireplace or walk 1 min to long wongs for a drink.

Great restaurant and outdoor patio next door, lake and open area behind. Hosts are as wonderful as can be. Cabin is like home away from home. Will be back!

Great friendly staff nice Atmosphere at the restaurant in the bar great hanging out area. Rooms were newly remodeled and clean we're stocked with dishes pots and pans.

Not a direct place to check in that was a tad confusing but it was a the main restaurant. But it was quick and easy.

Is was clean, quite and full of things needed for a great stay.

The only thing we didn't like was leaving. thought of staying another night or two.

Bed was great and the room #8 was exceptionally clean. Being connected to the restaurant is a plus the need for WiFi was not. But that said great central place to enjoy Pinetop and the staff is great!

WiFi so if there for business make sure can connect.

Location was near everything you wanted to do! Restaurant on property was great! I loved the pizza and wings!!

If I had to complain I’d say tv was small but that’s honestly nit picking lol. I loved it here

I loved everything

The location is very convenient to restaurants and places to tour. Kelly, owner, and staff are all very courteous, efficient and friendly.

Through no fault of their own, I’m sure, we had difficulty with WiFi. But, we used our own. No problem.

Loved the rustic feel. Good food in the restaurant. This would be a great place for a larger family group or party. There's a large camp ground next door, and comfy cabin rooms at the motel for us older folk.

The accommodations were comfortable, clean and well-stocked for a small unit. The absolute plus was the restaurant right next door. Great food, service, and entertainment. Kelly, I believe the owner, went above and beyond. They even provide buckets of ice from their kitchen.

I can’t think of anything. The unit was small but included everything that we needed. The layout was comfortable and accommodating. There was not a patio or deck, per se, but the front walkway had chairs and a table and met our needs just fine.

Our room was very comfortable and had a fireplace. There is a restaurant on site which is nice after a long drive just to be able to walk to dinner.

Didn't eat at the restaurant as the family stay us equipped with a full kitchen. Staff was super friendly when we showed up to check in.

A little too close to the highway so it can be a little noisy at night. Seemed to me they may be in the middle of some remodeling in the family stay.
