the smell in the room.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a free shuttle to the airport.

The shower was not working. The sink tap was leaking

employees are very professional

their are small quirks but is manageable. Door card didn’t work well,random noise coming from the heater room 119.

mattress on bed was very lumpy and the fitted sheet kept coming off, need new towels (very hard/rough)

better bedding and need new towels also blanket was torn

noisy windows are not noice sealed, front desk not truthful, there was coffee bananas and bear paws complementary but didn’t inform about it.

small, but good for a one or two night we if needed

complimentary breakfast was ok. Coffee, fruit and morning pastry available. Safeway nearby and authentic California Burrito take out nearby that is operated by Spanish speaking employees.

Creeky bed at the foot of the bed. Hotel along a busy street.

we arrived at the motel and it did not even look like picture posted on the site. But the girl at the front desk was wonderful and very understanding

we had to cancel because after checking in and going to room it wreaked of smoke. Unable to stay there with 2 small children and I absolutely cannot stand a room that smells of smoke . great pictures of the rooms motel on Booking but trust me rooms jade not quite like the pictures and all should be updated. Bathroom extremely small in the room we were to have

it was so relaxing and clean

i forgot my iphone charger and call them for it but I still didn’t even got answer about the iPhone charger that I forgot

My kids got bed bugs and the shower towel was dirty when we got there. I was very disappointed 😞

The room was perfect for what we needed. Our flight got canceled and we just wanted a warm comfortable place to sleep versus staying in the airport overnight.

The gentleman that checked us in was a little dry and could’ve had better customer service.
