The worker at the front desk asked us where we worked and we were debt collectors. She said there was a pet policy when we didn’t have any. She was telling my husband he was a dog bc he was a debt collector. She said it three times. We ignored it. The next day when we checked out she said she was glad we were leaving. Horrible for her to say that FOUR times during our stay. She needs reprimanded for her behavior. We paid too much to be spoken to like that. Unbelievable she had the nerve to even say that.

It was a good location. the staff was amazing nice!
very outdated. the suite we were in had a broken window above the ac unit and it stormed that night.

Eggs with cheese every day. Not everyone can eat cheese. No alternatives.
“ that how they come” was the answer.
TV needed to be reset. Didn’t work. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Phone warning light kept flashing. Alarm clock didn’t work. Hallway had musky smell. One light had no bulb in it

Breakfast wasn't great, elevator broken, scratchy t.p. and tissue, key cards needed daily updating, hallway smelled of weed.

I arrived early, the hotel manager was really kind. She allowed me to check in early. The staff was friendly and always asked if I needed anything. The hotel was neat and clean as well as my room.
I didn't like the location of the hotel. However, it was only about 10 minutes from the hospital. (Since, I was in town for my grandbaby's birth that was a key factor for choosing a place to stay.) The fact the hotel didn't have any blankets nor clean wash cloths in my room when we first arrived was a bit off, but soon as they had some available they brought them to me.
