Everything was great. The people were exceptional. I love to stay and I will definitely definitely be back. We are from Birmingham. I love the place I will definitely definitely every time we come down come to the lodge.

Location! value !close access to the outlet mall.
My room had 2 fridges so if someone needed to have an extended stay they could keep there things cool. The pool was a very good size. And it was round and not square. I really liked that.
It's dog friendly which is good. But I think that if u gonna have your dogs at the hotel patrons should take their dogs out frequently for walks so that they don't get fussy because the walls are not sound proof. I have fur babies so I understand that they will bark .. but being dog friendly is wonderful because people can travel without worrying about the safety and well being of there pets.

Non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke.
We reserved 2 queens. Had to take a King because there were no handicapped bathrooms with queen beds available. Parking lot was full of 30-40 people standing and sleeping outside all day. Very noisy.

The breakfast, pool, hot tub, cleanliness, comfort, facility, location & the employees were all amazing! Definitely recommend and we will be back!

Great Location near all shopping and restaurants…
The one front desk worker she was rude few times I didn’t get her name, but she had long blonde hair with tattoos on her leg she wasn’t real friendly during breakfast one morning she let food almost run out before stocking breakfast for other guests. She was told by guests that someone spilled drink she heard way got it up. And ask her questions about needing stuff clean towel she acted like it wasn’t her job so she got with the cleaning lady to bring us some… every other person working there was nice and we did have a great trip…

Had a little mix up checking in,but clerk worked until it was straighten out .Everything went really well. Got to check in early. Kids really enjoyed the pool.

It was nice the only thing we are not smokers and we received a smoking room. I was not aware that they had smoking rooms anymore. And no one at the front desk when I checked in let me know that, and that we we’re giving a smoking room. We may have not stayed there if we hadn’t driven all day to get there we were really tired. So we kept the room.
Let your customers know that they had been given a smoking room. It was really smelly. We may have went to another place because it had been sold out.

My check-in time was at 4 but was informed when I got there at 4:00 p.m. that my room wasn’t ready yet. So I checked in after 4 and I feel I shouldve been refunded some of my money back.

Stayed in a room with no blinds instead they had sheets hanging. I booked two nights separately and they gave me the room that wasn’t done properly when they remodeled.
