Very convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable room

Wait at front desk was long during busy time of day

Breakfast was decent. The room was clean and the beds were confortable

The hotel is very dated The room was dark and had carpet which was disappointing because the pictures from Booking showed a room with not carpet. The pool was full of green moss and that whole outdoor area was very depressing

The TV did not work properly and the walls were very thin. The rooms are a bit dated, but I was only staying for 1 night so these things did not bother me.

Ruim hotel met veel kamers en conference rooms. Fijne bedden en goede hygiene.

Het is een erg groot soort van vierkant hotel en wij hadden een kamer aan de achterkant wat een heel eind lopen was vanaf de receptie. Er zijn wel hoek ingangen maar het was een flink stuk lopen.

The property was clean and comfortable.

My towels were dirty the people next to us were extremely loud and drunk. People were in the hallways half naked. The people next to us were beating on the adjoining door as if they were trying to get in. When my husband told the staff nothing was done. This morning when I checked out I was told I had to call the tomorrow to speak with a manager and there was nothing they could do until then. After leaving the hotel and getting back in the road headed home I realized the girl who checked me in overcharged my card. Nothing has been done about this and I have to wait until tomorrow. The hotel is too nice for guests to not be able to rest due to parties and loud noise. And to be overcharged after a terrible experience like that is crazy! Hopefully I am contacted by the property as all my efforts so far has been unsuccessful.
