Cheaper hotel in the area but would not go back or pay the cost charged. Easy to find. Beds were decent. Room was clean. Was next to a mall and some dining options.

Front desk staff was very very rude. Snapped at multiple customers while I was checking in and sitting in the lobby. I asked about how far a local major hiking area/mountain was and was told, I don't know, I am not from here. I've only worked here a year and a half and she had better things to do than know things about the area. Breakfast options were limited and everything was empty and not refilled. Room smelled like burnt popcorn when we arrived. Poor sound buffering. Could hear people walking down the hall and in surrounding rooms.

Had full breakfast.

Room not very big and only superficially cleaned. Found some rubbish under the bed that wasn’t ours. Breakfast wasn’t very good

When booking online price did not match

When I booked my room I made sure to choose a smoking room. When I arrived I was told that there were no smoking rooms. I went outside the first 2 days of my stay. There was sign saying that if I smoked in the room I would be charged an extra $250.00. I went to the lobby and told them that I would pay the extra charge. I smoked one cigarette and then got a call telling me to stop smoking and I told them that I had only smoked one cigarette. They said that I should not smoke again. I reminded them that I would pay the extra charge.The next morning I got a call from the manager and she said that they could smell the smoke from my room and they told me to leave immediately in a nasty way.

The location was quiet and very close to many restaurants, and freeway.

My room could of had a better shower. The shower was awkward shaped therefore the door didn't close all the way and too much water leaked out. There was no way to avoid water getting out making the floor very wet and messy. The bathroom was also what could have used more cleanliness.

This Hotel is in a very large mall. There are many places to eat and shop within a short walking distance. The place was clean and comfortable.
