It was nice inside and out.

All was good.

Rode the Tour De Zona bike ride so location was excellent. Though slow at checkin as many arrived at 3pm, the sole receptionist did her best to keep her cool.

Bath amenities were a bit small, just enough for one person, but not enough for two.

very new and clean. the breakfast was good and the employee servicing the breakfast area, Cola, was so nice and courteous.

the heater didn’t work. when I complained about it the guy at the desk already knew the dials were messed up. also when we checked in the guy at the front desk mumbled a whole list of fees that would be charged. there where so many they should have written them down. also he didn’t tell us there was no Maid service. I had to go get my own towels. no card in the room also stating this. the beds were on the hard side.

there was a renovation so I can’t give a fair description of what I liked.

the parking in the back to get to my room it was slanted and rough. made it hard to drive and/or bring in my bags. also my tv remote didn’t work and I didn’t get to watch tv the whole and wasn’t given a new one or something so i was very bored. my phone didn’t work so I couldn’t even call the front desk to ask about anything

Didn’t get to eat breakfast left at 6 am.

When I was checking in, I was told next time i make a reservation for a room at that hotel, it would be cancelled before i got there due to them not giving rooms to locals. And since I live in Bisbee I can no longer stay at the hotel

The fact that I was not told prior (when booking) that hotel was under renovations. Everything was dusty and there were about 20 toilets outside of our room window to look at. Bathroom was unclean, moldy looking around floor corners, shower had soap scum, stained shower curtain, stained sheets. Pool area under maintenance also and was so dirty. Paint chipping off all over concrete.

Because I had to leave so early before breakfast and the staff knew that, they made a "to-go' bag for both me and my son who was picking me up.

The location was convenient

The shower/tub was beyond scary. The curtain at the window was torn. There were 2 tissues in the box... There was a stack of old mattresses outside of our window, there were a stack of old toilets as well... I could go on.

Hotel starting to remodel. We did get a $20 discount for our shower having peeling paint and the floor mat peeling up.

I liked that the property’s location is so close in proximity to the military base. It was easily accessible from the freeway.

The evening clerk that checked us in went over and above in customer service. While we were there we observed him mopping floors, cleaning up lobby and dining area. He was very polite and helpful
