Old, but lovely place.

Breakfast; food was dried out. Could not come close to Comfort Inn, a lesser hotel.

BED BUGS, completely see through window shade, extremely dirty, pet hair everywhere, shotty construction, felt unsafe… essentially we chose to leave as soon as we inspected the room. Told the front desk about the bed bugs and that we needed to check out as we obviously couldn’t stay there. They said they couldn’t do anything since we booked through a 3rd party and to take it up with booking.com, so we did but then they still refused to refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

Hotel was OK. Breakfast was lacking. No fresh fruit or fruit juice, no bacon or sausage.

the pool/hot tub. the pool tables. the location. the beds are super comfortable. place was clean and very nice. staff was more than helpful and friendly.

the pool and hot tub close at 10pm. I think it would be nice if the pool and hot tub closed for kids since they are more loud but it should stay open for adults who know how to behave and be quiet. the sauna was not open. the bar was not open. the pool tables were eventually out of order. The hot part of breakfast wasn’t very good. there was only potatoes without any seasoning and egg omelette with only cheese in the middle. no meat such as bacon or sausage. other than that. everything was great! Also it would be nice if the coke machines and laundry machines took debit instead of just quarters. not a big deal on that but slightly inconvenient.
