This hotel was very clean & well maintained, and the location was centrally located to several attractions, namely Garden of the Gods park and Pike's Peak.The staff appeared happy & helpful. The hot breakfast was delicious with a variety of items, and the coffee was good. We would happily stay here again.

The Magnuson Grand was an excellent choice for our one night in Manitou Springs. Perfect location, close to everything in Manitou; also very handy to Colorado Springs (we ate dinner there). Nice indoor pool area with a hot tub, complimentary towels and clean restrooms. Very comfortable beds in our large 2-queen room. The staff was FANTASTIC—friendly and extremely accommodating. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!!

that lighting a single candle to celebrate my 72nd birthday was not allowed. Pretty silly… and no pets will prevent us from ever booking with them again.

This is a wonderful hotel - you get a lot for the low cost! The rooms are very comfortable and very clean; four pillows per bed! The indoor pool and jacuzzi are perfect after hiking - and the hours of operation are long (pool closes at 11pm). The breakfast was really good to - a nice variety (oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee). Finally, the location is very close to the main street of Manitou Springs - and there is a lot of restaurant and shopping options all nearby. Plus, the Garden of the Gods and the Incline are both super close, too.

The staff was very nice all the time. They were helpful with anything I had to ask. The room was spacious and nice.

I was bummed that the fitness center was limited in the hours since I was limited when I could go there because of the conference I was in. It would’ve been nice to have a little counter space above the fridge.

The small town environment is conducive to freethinking. The population of red-blooded avatars are more than amusing.

I required a key to access my room during hours in which said key should have been made available. The staff was unfortunately unable to accomodate such a request. Hopefully, the property will redeem itself.

The room was good size and was in good shape. The breakfast had a diversity of items to choose from and the service was very attentive to the needs. I would recommend this hotel.

The bed was a bit hard, but that is probably a preference issue.

This was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have one problem or complaint the whole stay!

The woman who tends to the breakfast was amazing. She was kind and helpful to every single person who came in for breakfast. She even helped us when the breakfast was closed. Very impressed with her work ethic and kindness. We also got a knock on our door asking if we needed anything else, more towels, etc and I've never had that at any other hotel. Felt like our stay really mattered to them!

Affordable for me, as a grandmother and great-g’ma, showing off the wonders of Colorado to my Florida grand-DIL! Manitou and Garden of the Gods were just awesome. Illness and weather driving conditions forced us to cut our vacay a day short and head back to KS. Friends told me they drove back from CO in very foggy and slick conditions the day we’d planned to leave, so I was thankful that we did get home before that weather. Brian, front desk manager on 1/1/23 agreed to refund our 3rd night but would need to wait until after the holiday weekend.

Icy parking lot was trouble for me and my knee, slick fun for 4-yr old
