it was quiet.

it was in a bad area and there strange people in the lobby durning late hours. drunk or on drugs.. There was a picture in the that was broken. Stains on the wall. The tv was usable.

The room had a seating area and the couch was a pull out bed, it was more comfortable than the bed.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about it.

Wasn’t happy with breakfast, there were some things in the room that needed more attention. I did bring to front desk attention and discuss with her.

The property was listed as a 3 star hotel. It was a motel at best and looked abandoned. The lot was completely empty with the exception of a truck doing construction on the property. The motel name was covered by plastic and it looked shady.

There was nothing to like. I never checked in because their description was false and misleading.

This was by fat the worst motel I have ever visited. The only reason we stayed after seeing the room is there wasn't a room left in town due to GHP program at Berry College. It smelled horrible like smoke the entire motel was run down and so nasty it should be condemned.

I booked this as a 5 night stay. if I could’ve gotten a full refund, I wouldn’t have stayed the 1 night. my first room smelled like smoke, despite being a non smoking room. I also stepped in something white and sticky on the carpet. my next room was okay. my floor had 3+ prostitutes. the elevator smelled of weed. the location was sketchy. there were drug deals in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe at all.

Carpet stain room had a animal smell to it look like it had a broken pieces of a desk left in our room for the price though it would be a much nicer hotel

The location was good , we were doing a craft show in Cave Springs and it was convenient.

There was no hot breakfast. Our bathroom door was missing a doorknob and latch. One of the bedside light s was broken

The staff was great and so helpful but there was blood on the curtains and the facilities needed a major cleaning and update.

Hotel is a little run down, and I had to pay $30 extra to check into my room 1hr early.

The location was good for what I was there for. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from all within a 10 minute drive. The bed was very comfortable and I almost overslept on my first overnight there.

The breakfast absolutely sucked! It was nothing more than some fruit, juice, and packaged pastries! No coffee, no cereal, and no eggs. I had better choices at McDonald's or Burger King!

The whole experience was NOT great
