Pool working up and running and no hot tub

We stayed 2 nights and there were issues with breakfast both mornings --- no plates, no spoons, no juice, no hot water, etc. Attention to restocking was needed.

the location is really good

it’s not very clean but I can tell it’s short staffed and the staff was doing the best that they could. my room was not ready I had to leave and come back I’m glad I have family not to far to go there for a while until the room was ready

Location, bed was comfortable, hvac worked good, has microwave, fridge, coffee machine. Breakfast was typical hotel style. Check in and out was easy.

They are in the process of updating the hotel, so things are missing or outdated still. Hopefully once updates are done these things won't be a issue. Tv was smaller and controller was hard to make work,

The room was great. The room was clean. The bed was very comfy.

it was under construction but it’s a nice hotel overall rooms are big beds are comfortable affordable and nice little breakfast in the lobby

the pool is rather small and the construction once it is done this hotel will look amazing

The lady who did the check in for me on June 24th was very nice and polite. She even came out and held the door for me while I brought my luggage in.

No Closet in room 308 no place to hang my clothes. I've never seen a king suite that did not have a closet.

awful. disgusting, smells like weed, bed so bad no one can sleep in it , I checked out in ten mins and they won’t give me back my money , COVID 19 hazard , nothing says sanitized for your protection will call CDC to report them. I couldn’t believe these ppl are still in business, one staff member working and never at front desk.

Outdated decor, holes in the furniture, was put in a room the reeked of smoke the first night. Requested change and was put in a “new” room in which the TV didn’t work and the only chair in the was an office chair which was broken. After staff “borrowed” a TV from the room next door discovered the remote channel up button was inoperable and were other buttons. Gave up at watching TV at that point. Borrowed office chair from room next door as well. Breakfast was very limited, front lobby was smelly. Staff tried but seemed to be asked to do too many things at once. Front desk person was also cleaning rooms and trying to solve maintenance issues. Front desk was frequently unstaffed with people waiting for someone to check them in or out. To top it all off I was charged $150 for a room that was shown as $70 on the Booking.com website. I only stayed a second night because of car trouble and was charged $75.

Missed it.

Room was big.... Their pool is just for kids... It s a good spot for a quick get away
