It really smelt like smoke . W F did not work and I had a competition the next day and I needed the internet

The hotel smells like a BARN!! Animal smells throughout!! Rooms weren't clean at all!! Never stay there again!!

What breakfast?! All they had was coffee and some nasty ole honey buns and
Granola bars. No cereal, no donuts no juice... Very sad and disappointed

Nothing.. whole place horrible. 2nd floor wreaked with tobacco smell..ashtray in my room.
Breakfast was horrible. No juice, milk, cereal, bread for toast.

We booked king beds and got 2 full beds.

one bad note - had a horrible time with internet. nonexistent most of the week that we were there.

The place was run down everything was broke. The place had ants so bad. Drug deal went down next to our room at 2:08 am.

Air Conditioner was WAY below par. No elevator.

A tidy room with daily room service...an excellent value! Everything worked as it should...TV, refrig, shower etc!
Had no elevator so had to carry things up and down stairs. The outside and side entrances could have used some "picking up"

Proximity to the Iowa Speedway was good.
“Breakfast” choices were granola bars, honey buns, chewy granola bars, coffee and water. There were packets of sugary oatmeal but no milk. That is very close to false advertising.

Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate. Housekeeping was cleaning our room when we got there and they did such an excellent job! I was very I’m impressed with their teamwork and attention to details!
When I booked I asked for a first floor room and even though it was on the reservation form I printed this was never relayed to the hotel so I had to climb to me/. Very difficult!a flight is stairs and have my walker carried up

the road need fixed, to many potholes driving to the back door where I was wondering.

One of the housekeeping staff members had attempted to enter our room while we were still there. We heard someone insert a key card and open the door with force without knocking and announcing themselves first as required by law. The only thing that stopped him from getting access was the door latch. When he realized we were still in there, he came up with the quick excuse of being sent to inspect the TV; even though we never requested to have that done. As a firearms instructor/personal safety and defense trainer, I am always prepared to do whatever is necessary to ensure my life and the lives of others remain intact. Had he gotten in, things could have ended very differently. The lack of concern from the front desk clerk when I had brought the issue to her attention told me they were there to steal from us. When my husband checked his account, he noticed that we had been charged for THREE nights, instead of just one.
