The people at the front desk were so nice. They were training a young man and he was so nice.

It was close to the business I had to attend to on Saturday.

Nothing. The only problem was a leak i the room above which softened the ceiling sheet rock in the bathroom, and was beginning to collapse. I just happened to be standing under it when a piece of dissolved sheet rock mud dropped on the back of my head, and shirt! Quite entertaining; reminded me of how much I hate plastering sheet rock!

it’s an older hotel, but it’s been kept up well and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

it was very loud. No buffer between rooms, in the hallway, or with the floor above us.

I like to thanks to all Staff specially Jessica who gave time and arranged not only cab service but prepared instruction for us in written in case we find any issue .

We just needed a place to sleep for a night- the beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet.

The "hot" breakfast items weren't very hot

The fact that I'm gonna risk I broke down on the side of the road and I was gonna check in the true Hilton and service And the lady that was at the service counter was rabbit rude and was constantly on her cellphone non professional so I've seen confident confident from the door And I went to confident to stay on it and I was happy I did very good service very good staff and the amenities are great thank you so much

Mostly everything was fine

The only full day we had, the pool was locked for maintenance morning and evening, but I found out after complaining that this was a mistake and someone forgot to open it. It was too late to enjoy the pool that day.

Breakfast was great, room was huge bed was comfortable

Air conditioner could cool better
