The size of the room was nice and roomy. The television was nice and had great quality. The bathtub was large and spacious. The bed itself was comfortable, and having a frig and microwave was very convenient. Having outside access from the room was nice as well.

Right off the bat, we were charged an unexpected $100 deposit fee with additional hidden deposit fees. The hotel clerk couldn't explain the additional charges. The walls in the bedroom had dirt and stuff splattered throughout. We couldn't use the tub because it was not clean. It had dust and soap scum all over it. The base boards had dirt caked on them. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. We were in a nonsmoking room, and our covers had cigarette burns in them, and the room itself, STUNK of stale cigarette smoke. We couldn't use the hot tub because the temperature of the water was beyond warm. There needs to be more lighting in the room. It's very dark in half of the room.

There were a lot of things not working.

Bathtub did not work, no in room coffee maker, and tv had glitches. The staff worked hard to fix a lot of problems for a lot of people but are overwhelmed. The facility needs some work.

The price because it was cheap which pretty much made up for the fact that our ceiling looked like it was about to be caved in and the the bathroom, had I not stayed there for more than a night I honestly wouldn't have taken a shower in there. AND we were told by the nighttime person we could get a late check out since we were stuck in town longer than we planned on the next day and when I called for something the next morning they went back on their word and told us we couldn't check out an hour later so we were rushed to get out.

the property wasn’t bad for the price and the room was very clean. we mostly slept comfortably and it was close to the beach.

Yuck! Powdered eggs, Pancake machine broken, fridge was not cold, i.e. yogurt, milk, fruit cups, cool, not cold.

Hot tub & pool down

The room had mold all along the patio wall. Mold in bath tub around the edges spider webs on ceiling carpet was damp bedding had stains on it we couldn't take it and checked out at midnight pool was freezing hot tub was covered with boards with pool chairs and yellow tape around it building needs to be condemned I will be contacting the board of health

No TV, cable, the door was broken on the cabinet in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was broke, bed wasn't comfy, & they haven't gave our deposit back....& It's 8 days later & they told us 3-5 business days..

looking at pic on line I was excited to use the hot tub and of course it wasn’t working, also the room had damage to it , ceiling, hole in walls in bathroom , patio door wouldn’t open, curtains had holes through the back lining and could see light come through.

Staff did not communicate well. Basically stared at you and nodded. Told them about toilet overflowing around 7:30 a.m. Staff said they would fix it. Came back after all day conference and toilet not fixed. So they gave us another room. When you check in, they require a $100.00 cash or card deposit. Deposit is returned at checkout but you have to wait until the room is checked. Strong smells of pee, wet dog, and extreme cigarette smoke smell. Carpets in the rooms and hallways needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. Trash and dog poop on the ground and parking lot. Trash on hallway floors. Dead Spiders in bathroom. Some outlets and TV remote not working. We sat down for breakfast and at least 8 people were complaining about noise, people living there permanently, mold on pastries, smells, coffee not ready, etc... Pool not open at posted times.

The floor by air conditioner was wet (wet socks) because there was a leak above it that was molding now. They had put a trash can on air conditioner to catch rain. I would not touch the chair because of all the outlined stains on it. The curtain had holes in it. The freezer on frig was completely frozen up, and the fridge part was not cold. There was a door to another room that I could not lock. The number to door was written on it.
