The room was very clean,bed comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast was the best so far. Everything from real scrambled eggs,shredded hash browns ect.ect

Have stayed here before and the hotel was great the first time. They still had friendly staff. The hotel was clean.

Pool was out of order and this is a big reason we stay at this hotel with kids. Room door jammed up several times. Breakfast left a lot to be desired...

Water pressure in the shower on the third floor was almost nothing. Facility needs to address this issue.

The bed itself and pillows were fine and comfy. The duvet was not big enough for our king bed, so we both had to sleep in the middle of the bed. Pisser to get a king bed and have to both sleep in the middle, just to be able to be covered. The breakfast was ridiculous. Pretend eggs were cold. Sausage links were cold. Only 3 forks and 2 napkins to be found. A pot of sausage gravy, but nothing to put it on. My husband had the cold breakfast, I had a yogurt. The chairs in the lobby for the breakfast were a disgrace. Not one of the chairs had a cushion that didn't have stuffing coming out, torn chair covers and bare cushions with no covers. We left our mostly uneaten breakfast and hit the road. Won't be back.

You could hear the traffic noise ALL night long!! Breakfast was the worst I’ve had at a hotel! lots of stuff was empty, the lady did not put pancake mix in machine and when she did the one was very watery and the other was so thick it did not want to come out. No fruit, very limited yogurt ok was very watered down.

Location was nice if you want a lot available nearby. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very nice.

Fridge and ice basket were both filthy. Sink didn't hardly drain. Outlets in bathroom did not work. Coffee Maker was broken. Stains all over the floor. Beds were just ok and I left with a sore back. Recently stayed at another comfort inn that was great, so this one was a disappointment.

very worn down furniture in the dining area. Water in the shower was hard couldn’t even get my shampoo or soap to lather up. Breakfast was poor. Very little food at the time we at 8:09am.

The bed was comfortable. There was a wide variety of items for breakfast, hot and cold. And items were kept filled. The rooms were very quiet.

Only one working ice machine on a weekend that the individuals staying were there for a car show in the park. The entrance into the rooms was a cluster of doors: entrance door, bathroom door, and closet door. Good get trapped in the doors. Property needs to be updated. There was not adequate parking for ever. Staff took a lot of smoke breaks. Seem to be a soap opera going on amongst the staff. Dining room chairs needed to be reupholstered.

nice, comfortable room (but looks just like the rooms we’ve had everywhere😳). Good location right off interstate, Applebees across the lot, walking distance to Walmart supercenter in case you forgot anything, gas stations right there.

We have stayed at every major hotel in Ottawa and this one is our favorite. Super comfortable beds, wonderful saltwater heated pool, great breakfast, helpful staff...overall great stay.
