Location is key. Location was great!

Weird layout. Kinda tight, parking was wonkey, but overall good.

The fridge didn’t stay cold for a 2 night stay . Only a few channels would load up and work , most of them didn’t . The heat / air wasn’t working properly, it got hot and e had it on cool but it wasn’t blowing anything at times

Price was higher than we normally pay.

The location is within walking distance to many shops & restaurants in Bellevue. Parking was easy and the housekeeping staff was extremely friendly.

Our room was the closest room to the complimentary breakfast location/reception area. Both mornings we were awakened around 6AM to chairs being drug across the tiled floors and small children noisily running down the hall.

the breakfast was the best part. The room was great, due to it being on the same floor as breakfast. Location was center of the places we needed to go.

Was not sure where to throw out my trash, so I kept it in the room. I was worried that I missed something.

Great breakfast with hot and healthy options, Room very clean and comfortable. Amazing bed and pillows. TV / Media is excellent. Plenty of USB ports and good lighting . We had a river view King with a nice nighttime view of the city.

Loved the location. Close to the area we were visiting. The beds were very comfy, and we loved the walk on shower.

We were going to a concert venue, my husband dropped us girls off for the concert, then was going to go to motel to relax. Even though he had the credit card we booked with, and the receipt with our booking number, they wouldnt let him go to the room bacause his name wasn't on the booking. I had to be there. We were so upset, he had to wait around for 3 hours until he could go to room. Lesson learned on our part.

Breakfast was disappointing.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds felt like sleeping in a cloud! The staff was helpful every step of the way. Breakfast was great in the morning with lots of yummy options to choose from. Several restaurant options are very easily accessible and close by, we just took the road behind the hotel. The best part? Being right by the river. The views were beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location/views and overall a welcomed relaxed environment.

The breakfast was not attended to well by staff responsible, often the condiments were depleted, coffee carafes exhausted, no flavored creamers availble, juices particularly the O.J. were watery tasting. All passable to feed a hungry family but for a couple it fell short compared to many Complementary Breakfast we've had at much lower priced accomadations.

You I booked a room for tonight (July 15 2023) on February 19. We arrived and they told us they didn’t have a room available, we were the last reservation to be made so we had to be bumped. I booked 5 months ago, I certainly wasn’t the last reservation to be made. Why lie instead of trying to correct the mistake?

Great location, nice river views, great breakfast, easy check-in and checkout.

River view rooms are on floors 3 and up, as mine was on floor 2 and was blocked by a restaurant, disappointed.

Right on the Ohio river. Beautiful view from our 6th floor room ! Breakfast was just ok
