Quick check in. Gave us a handicapped room for our mom who was traveling with us

Sign at the front desk stated that this was a 100% smoke free hotel but could smell marijuana throw out the halls. Only gave us one set of towels in the room. Had to ask for more towels and a toilet plunger cause our toilet kept clogging . There was no coffee cups at the breakfast bar. Had to use small plastic drinking cups. Nothing was well stocked

Reasonably clean room, plenty parking, friendly staff.

Almost no daylight in the room!! Looking at a concrete structure. Washing machine and dryer were poor Breakfast was very bad. Horrible coffee, waffel batter gone bad, nothing to put on the bagel but butter.

It was convenient being close to the airport as I had an early flight.

When I open the bed to go to sleep, I found hair between the sheets. I was disgusted and slept on top of the sheets. As I was already undressed I only complained at the desk when I left very early the next morning

Room had a musty smell as if the carpet hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Had to run the A/C Fan all night to knock the odor down.

I booked each stay separately and the bookings, themselves, went well.

On each of the first two nights, I was in Room 303. The vending machine made a clattering sound throughout each night. Only, the second night - Saturday, May 28th - guests in the next room were as noisy as the vending machine. On each morning, I told the desk clerk, of which I got no real response. I paid separately for Sunday May 29th stay because I wanted to avoid Room 303. Being that this location has been my go-to lodging whenever I'm in town, I feel like my concerns could've been better addressed. After all, what I rented the room on consecutive nights for - to get good nights of sleep - wasn't what occurred and that's what's most disappointing.

I love this place.....just need to partake of the breakfast that's offered.

Not enough waste receptacles. I prefer to take any trash I incur out of the room, myself.

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel even the continental breakfast was good I know we're still in covid-19 procedures but the breakfast was still good
