Clean rooms, nicely decorated. Lovely shower. Friendly staff. Next door to a food shop. Free parking.

No breakfast so have to either buy food in food shop or go into Edgar town. A bit of a walk into town centre 15-20min, not a problem for us but it might be for some.

While there are no breakfast options in the hotel (no breakfast buffet, nor nearby restaurant that serves breakfast), there is a Stop & Shop grocery store just next door where you can pick up milk, juice and fruit to take back to your room. There is a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room as well as a small 1-cup at a time coffee machine (but it is not a Nespresso machine) that we had to ask about since it wasn't in the room when we arrived . The location was a pleasant 15 minute walk away to downtown Edgartown. We took a morning jog to the beach, so location for us was nice. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable although the noise from some kind of compressor kept waking us up. The man who received us at check in was very nice and helpful.

The carpet was sticky and old. The air conditioning was very loud and the the vent was very dirty. The restaurant at the hotel did not serve food after 1900hrs.

great location - easy to get around from there

no amenities - but everything great about MV is easily accessible

Near a lot of interesting places to visit. Walking distance to a Stop&Shop and China House Restaurant which is very convenient.

I liked being on the first floor and it was an added bonus to be near the restaurant. The double room floor plan was nice and the bathroom was very roomy as well.

Super slow wifi. Lamps and lights didn't work or seemed in poor condition. No breakfast...and no mention of breakfast to be included...so we went out. Hated the TV...super complicated to get it to work and very limited channels. .

the ability to eat on site

started my stay interrupting the guy at the front desks cigarette break sitting outside the front door, then had broken A/C, TV was next to impossible to work ( needing to remotes, one for channels, one for volume) lady at front desk called me before check out time to remind me I had to leave 🤦‍♂️

Lovely little place, rooms are clean and comfortable and it has a perfect location! Walking down to the front is just 10 minutes and Stop and Shop next door has everything you need. The hotel bar/restaurant ‘Town’ had excellent food too!

The heat was very loud, lock on bathroom didn’t work, visible rust in bathroom on lights and ceiling

I was in room where it was never silent. This was the case because you can literally hear anything what happens in the hall, in the lobby, in the room above you, and especially outside where machines are making nonstop noise. (On top of that it is very expensive to stay here)

We loved the decor, cleanliness

The hotel advertised a bar/restaurant . There is not one on the property. It was next door and it was closed for winter. we came back one night and there was a suspicious person standing next to the side entrance door and it spooked us. We told the front desk and they didn’t seem bothered.
