Nothing really. The price was high and the hotel seemed dirty outside our room. The staff listened to our issues, so that was something I guess.

The room was next to the wash room and a door. The washing machine ran until 4am in the morning, non stop all night. We stayed there to sleep and could not sleep with all the noise. The bathroom was dirty as well.

They had roaches real bad.

There was no breakfast, the hotel was being renovated

Roaches everywhere, no pool, nothing on the second floor works, ice machine washer dryer no stopper in tub,mold in and around top of shower walls, downstairs hallway wet carpet from leak and smells like mold and mildew,staff taking hotel offline in the evening so that you have difficult extension of your stay and then want you to pay full price the next day when they put the site back online after checkout time,no phones in room or front desk

The air condition in our house went out and the company was unable to get a technician out the same day so we got a room to be comfortable because my wife has asthma and we live right around the corner

When I checked in the night before I don't know the gentleman name to help me but I asked if I could pay in cash he said as of that day they no longer except cash so he asked me I want to leave it on the same credit card and the payment was due upon checkout I left out early about 9:00 9:30 a.m. my wife said that she ain't received a balance due receipt under the door and as she was leaving out the lobby she asked the lady for a late check out and she was told she could be giving an hour Then she notified the payment was declined my wife called me on the phone and as I showed the lady as well as my wife that the payment will be due upon check out will be available she kept getting loud boisterous smart and nasty she perceived to tell my wife that she don't run the card until check out time but apparently she ran it before because the money was available because I had cash and I had to put it on the card... She made a statement to my wife that you could run out the side door and I pay us at all Needless to say with that I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel or any affiliates
