the pool and hot tub were nice. room was clean
staff were super nice and were able to check us in early to accommodate a sleet traveler
the bathroom had a dangerous sloop and almost fell several times.

The location is not near the lake and the area seems run down.

The staff was stellar. Kind and accommodating
The food was there for two days in a row and looked as though it’d been there for weeks before- pastries were dry and stale . The ac was messed up and loud- the screen were kissing form the windows. Other guests were rude/loud

At check in, the person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! We were able to get the type of room we requested. Our room was clean and comfortable. The swimming/hot tub area was also very clean.
The place does need updating, and breakfast could use a few more options.

The pool was refreshing and not cold.
The mattress was broke down and lumpy. There was blood on my blanket and we got bit up by something. The breakfast could barely be called a breakfast very few choices, none healthy. The hot tub wasn't hot.

Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean.
Bigger TV. Maybe adult hours for pool an hot tub. Tried relaxing in hot tub kids were splashing around. Kids are kids so I understand. But adult hours would be great.

bigger TV, a stand or something for fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and it was terribly noisy in hallway
