Вид из номера. Балкон нельзя сказать, что просторный, но завтракать втроем было комфортно. Закрытая территория, есть бассейн, лифт. Парковка рядом с домом общественная (вдоль улицы), но удавалось всегда находить место. Приветливые хозяева.

Полное отсутствие элементарного ремонта - все очень-очень-очень старое! Отсутствие утюга, стиральной машины, фена, нормальной сковородки с крышкой, соли. Элементарно в номере не было мыла или геля для душа! Протекал немного кран. Отсутствовала вытяжка в кухне. Создалось впечатление, что с момента строительства ничего не менялось вообще, даже такие мелочи, как одеяло и простынь, полотенца (надорванное на краях). При одновременном включении плиты, бойлера для подогрева воды в ванной и кухне, вырубало свет. Платный интернет - за 3-х человек на неделю около 25 евро. Хотя в самом предложении об аренде нет никакого обмана - на фото объект выглядел в точности, как и в реальной жизни, в такой номер не хочется возвращаться (даже бесплатно)!!

Buona accoglienza e semplice da trovare, posizione fantastica vicino alla spiaggia e al centro ma comunque tranquilla la sera. Cucina ben fornita di utensili. Camera pulita e spaziosa.

The beds are quite hard apart from that All was fine , the building is a little dated but is extremely clean .

Super Lage. 5 Minuten von der Promenade entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten entfernt. 2 Pools. Jedoch nicht genutzt, da das Wasser für uns zu kalt war. Diverse Restaurants in der Nähe. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Es ist ein einfaches Appartement. Jedoch alles vorhanden.

The best host Juan and Sylvia. I received champagne, fresh organic oranges and sweets for our birthdays from the hosts. They are kind and would cater to your needs.The location is superb, a few meters to the beach and boulevard. Also close to Yumbo,Cita and Anexo. Supermarket and busstop across the street.Well equiped apartment without any frills. Simple and comfortable.

The neighbours next door were noisy and not friendly.

no wifi you need pay extra. and you need clean yourself. so when its a little High Price when you consider this. but advantage that you no need think about when cleaning will come. and they did bring clean bedset and tiweld

Very friendly hosts. We were visiting the island for the first time -very nice lady recommended places to visit and attractions. Good location - within walking distance to the beach,shops and restaurants. Clean and quiet place. As there were bars a few blocks away we could hear music at night but it was not too loud to annoy us. Parking was on the street but we could always find a spot close by.

After three people taking a shower, for fourth it's hit or miss in terms of getting enough hot water. Beds were ok but recommend to ask for extra pillows. Seems WiFi requires some account and possibly payment and all TV channels were in Spanish. Hence we got the impression that value for money could be better.

the property and the interior is old, especially the furnitures. unfortunately there’s not a good acoustic isolation and you can hear music, neighbors and people passing in the street with windows closed. I barely slept. for what it is charged they could invest in buying new mattresses. mine was so hard. also the couch needs some pillows and as I said a renovation won’t hurt

The patios was nice as could walk straight to pool. Nice area clise to everything.

The sofa bed was not comfortable it had big dip and made terrible noise when you turned over.

The complex and apartment were spotless. I am particular about cleanliness and this apt was spotless. The grounds were immaculate. The couple were friendly and were there to meet us. They are very friendly and on hand to help with any issue. We got clean towels 3 times in a week. The apt has a pool and loungers. A supermarket across the road . It's near the beach, restaurants and a bus stop. It is very good value for money .I plan to return on my next trip. .

Met on arrival by sylvie and shown to accommodation.gave us lots of information on restaurants and facilities in area.She pointed us in the right direction when we needed to get advice from doctor.2 pools on site,very clean and apartment perfect for our requirements.excellent location for beach,restaurants and supermarkets.Market right opposite 2 times a week.

I had nothing to complain about and would definitely stay there again.

The building was quite average compared to the surrounding. It was conveniently located just 5 mins far from the beach. The equipment was essential but the apartment was comfortable enough. Towels have been changed regularly and the staff was helpful.

There was no soap, not even hand soap. The other things were quite averagel.

The location is great. We got a room with a beautiful view of the ocean. Everywhere is clean. The hosts take care of the facility. The apartment is very comfortable. I sincerely recommend this place.

Perfect location for our family, because it is near ocean. Two separate sleeping room. Towels were changed each two days. Enough dishes for food preparing (4 person family). Clean pool with enough space around.

Bed a little to hard. I missed the washing machine, especial when you stay more then 2 weeks. Host was very polite and offer where to wash clothes not so far from apartment. Wasn't free WIFI - it felts when need to study and work (we have to return earlier to work mood.

location is great, view to the sea and of the sunrise was lovely. it was nice to have balcony to the seaside too. our request for a room on a higher floor was accommodated. the block is quiet and

the property block and the apartment itself is very dated, not enough hot water for two people to have a shower, the lift was out of order for a day, the bedding and towels were old, worn and bobbly, albeit clean.

Very clean, very well maintained property of a more basic, older style. Adequate facilities…tv, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave etc. The owners live on site and are very friendly and courteous and always speak to guests. Good security. Nice gardens and pool areas.

As is usual in Canaries there is no free WI-FI ( ridiculous in this day and age)! Some apartments only get sun for a short part of the day so you may find yourself in the shade at times, otherwise, the actual property is absolutely fine. One thing to be aware of is that the area in general can suffer noise on Friday and Saturday nights mainly! The nearby Kasbah Comercial Centre attracts a mainly young local Spanish crowd with inevitable ‘high spirited’ behaviour throughout the night, shouting, screaming, high jinx, cars with loud music playing etc. There are always a number of men touting drugs in the Kasbah vicinity but they leave you alone if you just ignore them in the passing.
