Love the location and staff was very friendly!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable room

I used booking.com thinking I was saving money on the room rate and was informed at check in that I overpaid by $30.00 that could have been saved had I booked directly with the hotel. From now on I will be contacting the hotel first for rates. If using the app does not save me any money then there is no point in using it. Very disappointing.

Everything about our stay was pleasant. Friendly staff, very nice (newer) facility. Great breakfast in attractive room. Loved the location in between downtown, Parkway, Biltmore. Thank you for a great stay.

Location was great, close to downtown Asheville and you're basically in Biltmore village. Indoor pool and while basic a hot breakfast.

The beds were not comfortable at all. They did not have a lot of give, so it felt like sleeping on the floor sometimes. While the breakfast was hot, the selections didn't change from day to day. That could be good or bad, depending on the view. The breakfast area was small compared to the hotel, so many guests ended up eating in their rooms, being there was no place to sit.

Breakfast was very good - great to have so many options. Thank you for the fruit. Waffles were great, butit was helpful to have protein options too. Hotel location was very convenient.

Great location. Beautifully clean property. Large room. Safe, well lite parking lot. Kind staff. Nice amenities. Nice breakfast.

Hallways were a bit noisy. Woke without water and not able to shower or use the restroom before check out which I understand is out of their control. But service recovery was lacking, no compensation was offered.

Close proximity to the biltmore .

Stayed for 2 nights and room was not serviced. On the 2nd day ,we noticed a small sticker on the bathroom mirror “ rooms serviced ever other day of your stay “ . Unfortunately for the price of the room , it should have been made up .. at least some fresh towels. We Did call down to the front desk and they brought some immediately .

The staff was very accommodating and the hotel is very clean. The location was great and the breakfast was good. Very lovely to have essence water and complimentary coffee for guests all day.

The beds could have been better. It was a little lumpy.

We stayed here on our way back home to Ohio from Florida. The rooms were spacious, and comfortable after driving hours. The breakfast was really good too.

Clean and new hotel, located close to a highway, and to many restaurants. Silent place, good air conditioning, no noise, good rest. Good breakfast.

Despite the good location and close to many restaurants, most of the restaurants are located across the highway. This means one has to drive to reach these restaurants, I wish I could reach them by foot.

Friendly staff, great location with a car

Breakfast - guests should be advised that the " scrambled eggs" are actually not eggs but some kind of powder. Its misleading. The use of paper plates is very unenvironmenrslly conscious. I wish there could be regular plates and cutlery to avoid all the waste. The sliding door which serves as a door to bathroom and closet is dangerous in that its easy to catch your finger in it when pulling it back to close the closet (happened to me).

There was a lot of variety for breakfast. Other hotels had very limited choices

The bathrooms had be renovated which was nice. But, I was looking forward to taking a relaxing bath and they are all large shower stalls only.

Staff were extremely helpful, courteous, attentive. Facilities were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Location was close enough to walk to shops and dining in Biltmore Village, and at dining at the hotel next to it. Easy access to the Biltmore Estate and Ashville.

The property did not follow the requested room and placed us in a non-handicapped room. After we went back down to the desk, they did find a handicapped room, but it did not have the king bed we requested.
